WARNING! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A REWRITE, WHICH WILL TAKE SEVERAL MORE MONTHS (October 2015)!!! This library is called rbt, the "ruby build tools". They allow you to compile or otherwise install programs from source or binary, from a remote or from a local source. It is currently in testing stage, rather incomplete. Please be cautious when using it, there may be many bugs. The latest feature addition was that we can now give an URL to rbt and it attempts to download it, and register it in a .yml file unless found. 0.0.12 added support for ensuring that all entries in a cookbook file must be valid, else we may refuse to compile it in the first place. 0.0.18 the documentation was improved a little. Version 0.0.25 in May 2014 made major changes. We now have a base subclass, and we fixed all known path issues, thus rbt should be working on your system right after install-time.
